There are many reasons that come to mind why Lisa should be considered for a Brand Ambassador, so here are a few. Her willingness to learn the business in every aspect and the exceptional desire to take care of guests put her at the top of the elite crew at Smokey Bones. When I decided to go out in the community to do local events with the local Chamber of Commerce to reenergize the Smokey Bones brand she was there with me through every step. I can’t emphasize the impact that she had on growing our business then and now. Every day, whether she is working as a bartender or an hourly supervisor she impacts the guest with an overall amazing experience. Lisa hopes to continue her development and progress to becoming a full time manager. Currently she has played a tremendous role in raising Guest Satisfaction Scores, Significant sales increases, reducing food and beverage waste and profit growth.  Every day she is on point recognizing issues and praising fellow staff when caught in the act.
