She has performed for 10 years, as an exemplary example of a Brand Ambassador! Not only is she a Pit Master of constant quality; she also leads by a very fine example of hard work, always teaching what she knows; and jumping in. When the not so rare crisis pops up! She has earned the respect of all who know her.
Erin lives our core values. She is confident, hard working, has a phenomonal attitude - smile on her face every day, full of energy every day - truly just a joy to be around. Erin loves to have fun at work but balances that with a drive to ensure a great guest experience.
Lindy is a fantastic asset to our team. She is a prime example of what a Firestarter can do to build sales, and entertain her guests with her uncanny wit and sense of humor. She is so much fun to work with, and comes in ready to go every shift every day. She is always the first to assist in outside projects to continue our drive to be best in class. We love having her, and very proud to make this nomination. Way to go Lindy! We couldn't do it without you!
Tim has a great personality behind the bar and interacts well with guests while making great drinks and keeping the party going. Guests often come in for one drink while staying across the street at the hotels in the area and they end up staying and coming back throughout their stay and when they return to town because of Tim. He energizes his bar and it doesn’t hurt that he look like Dale Jr. in NASCAR country!
Adrien appeared earlier this year on the local TV Channel morning show: The Hampton Roads Show in a segment called "Cook in our Kitchen." We got to see Adrien on TV featuring one of his favorite recipes and he proudly gave Smokey Bones a shout out! We are extremely proud of Adrien and what he brings to our team.
Jessica is the heart and soul of our takeout staff. She usually trains all of our new employees who wish to become takeout operators. She is always offering to do LSM, and she always coordinates with the team to make sure they are focusing on a broad enough group of businesses. She rarely ever complains or calls off, and she is always willing to pick up the slack when others fall short. I have seen her greet, handle take out, and help servers start off their tables when we were in a bind. On top off all this she is the only takeout who consistently gets fives. Guests even request her by name to handle their take out. In some instances she has beat out some of our better servers for more fives in a week. She deserves some recognition for all the work she puts in.
